I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( read more)

It can. If everyone toured the website, the world would be a better place. The more people we can get on board, the more change we can create and leaders will emerge.

Life in all forms inspires me. People that I have seen go out and leave a positive mark in their communities are all true inspirations. They go out and help others by encouraging others to make a positive change, saving a life or even helping a needy person. Seeing this has touched the deepest part of my heart.
